Friday, May 27, 2011. A few weeks ago, I felt led to press the pause button in my life. I even paused from ministry. But when these seemingly good things shift my focus away from my two best things, I am in grave danger of losing my peace and perspective. You see, I often take my two greatest gifts- God and my husband- for granted.

I have found that the path I now journey down is best traveled barefoot. To feel the earth beneath my feet is a way in which I stay firmly grounded in my beliefs and my convictions.
